P2PChat

P2PChat is an IRC network hosting a variety of Peer-to-Peer chatrooms. Dating back to 1999 when the community started on opennap, migrating to MusicCity Opennap which evolved to Morpheus FastTrack where it boasted the first ever 2000+ user IRC channel (allegedly), and finally to the current open network geared to support all p2p clients, portals, and everything in between. Although, due to both politics and the amount of bot attacks that the network receives, many communities have since branched off to more stable networks. It has been suggested that the Limewire chat function will be hosted by this network in the future, but most P2P clients use P2P-net which they find a better environment.
